wowpkr Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "wowpkr", "we", "us", "our" refers to the wowpkr platform, its operators, affiliates, and parent entities operating under the applicable international gaming authority licence.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the wowpkr platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the wowpkr website at wow pkr.org, its subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible through a registered account.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on the wowpkr platform, associated with a unique username, password, and PKR wallet.
• "PKR Wallet" refers to the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within a Player's wowpkr account, used to place wagers and receive winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free spins value, cashback, or reload credit awarded to a Player subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any jurisdiction in which use of the wowpkr platform is prohibited under applicable local law.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under the platform's licensing obligations.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to a statute or regulation includes all amendments and re-enactments thereof.

To register an account on wowpkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age as at the date of registration.
• You are registering and using the platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not located in, resident in, or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You are not a professional player, agent, or representative acting on behalf of another person without express written authorisation from wowpkr.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of wowpkr or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had a wowpkr account suspended, terminated, or permanently closed for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are the sole beneficial owner and controller of the account you are creating.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the wowpkr platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where wowpkr identifies that a Player holds multiple accounts, all such accounts may be suspended and funds frozen pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles wowpkr to terminate your account without notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your wowpkr account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. wowpkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must not share your account login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not permit any other individual to access or use your wowpkr account, including family members, friends, or associates.
• You must notify wowpkr's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, whether or not authorised by you, until you notify wowpkr of any unauthorised access.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for ordinary human use.

wowpkr employs industry-standard TLS encryption, password hashing, and optional two-factor authentication to protect account data. However, you acknowledge that no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and you accept responsibility for the security of your own device and internet connection when accessing wowpkr.

wowpkr operates a PKR-denominated wallet system. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern all financial transactions on wowpkr:

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, or Meezan Bank transfer, subject to the minimum and maximum deposit limits displayed at the time of transaction.
• All deposits are subject to verification. wowpkr reserves the right to hold deposits pending identity or source-of-funds verification where required by its licensing obligations.
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used to deposit into the same account, or to verified bank accounts registered to the same account holder.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a pending review period during which the transaction may be cancelled by the Player. Once a withdrawal enters processing, it cannot be reversed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of request.
• wowpkr does not charge internal fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which wowpkr bears no responsibility.
• Funds held in your wowpkr PKR Wallet do not accrue interest. Wallet balances are held in accounts segregated from wowpkr's operational funds.

Where a deposit is found to have been made using a payment method not registered to the account holder, or where fraudulent payment activity is detected, wowpkr reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend the account, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

wowpkr offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions attached to individual promotions at the time they are offered:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from your real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet-per-spin or stake restrictions apply to each bonus and are displayed in full within your account's active bonus section.
• wowpkr reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being accepted by a Player, and to modify the terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable notice where operationally required.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Players found to have claimed multiple welcome bonuses through the use of duplicate accounts or shared payment methods will have bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the withdrawal process following satisfaction of all wagering requirements.
• wowpkr reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where a Player is found to have exploited bonus mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

All sports betting activity on wowpkr, including cricket betting, PSL markets, American football markets, and all other sportsbook products, is subject to the wowpkr Sportsbook Rules in addition to these Terms and Conditions. All casino game activity is subject to the individual game rules published by the relevant game provider. The following general rules apply across all wowpkr gaming and betting products:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. Wagers cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after placement except where the relevant game or sport rules expressly permit cash-out or bet amendment functionality.
• wowpkr reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under circumstances that were clearly erroneous, including pricing errors, feed errors, or system malfunctions.
• Winnings arising from voided bets will be reversed from your PKR Wallet. The original stake will be returned.
• wowpkr may impose maximum win limits per event, per day, or per product type. These limits are displayed within the relevant product section of the platform.
• All game outcomes for RNG-based games are determined by certified random number generators supplied by regulated third-party game providers. wowpkr does not influence game outcomes.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical means (cards, dice, roulette wheel) operated by trained dealers and are recorded for audit and dispute resolution purposes.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live bet or gaming session, wowpkr's recorded server data will be used to determine the outcome of any affected wager. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the affected wager will be voided and the stake returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wowpkr platform. Players found to have engaged in any of the below activities will be subject to immediate enforcement action:

• Using any form of artificial intelligence, automated software, bot, script, or mechanical device to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or bonus conditions.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, including placing bets on sporting events in which you have any influence over the outcome.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment credentials to deposit funds into a wowpkr account.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform to generate credits or outcomes that would not otherwise occur.
• Creating duplicate accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Engaging in money laundering or any transaction designed to conceal the origin of funds deposited on wowpkr.
• Making any false, defamatory, or misleading statement about wowpkr in a public forum or to any regulatory authority.

All content on the wowpkr platform, including but not limited to the wowpkr brand name, logo, trade marks, game graphics, interface design, written content, software architecture, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of wowpkr and its licensors. All rights are reserved.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wowpkr platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the wowpkr platform without prior written consent.
• Game content displayed on wowpkr remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to their individual licensing terms.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to wowpkr become the property of wowpkr and may be used without compensation or acknowledgment to the submitting Player.

wowpkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Pakistani player base. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It is not a reliable source of income, and it should never be used as a means to resolve financial difficulties. wowpkr provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings without requiring contact with the support team:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps that restrict how much you can add to your wallet in any given period.
• Session Time Limits: Controls that automatically log you out after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Check Notifications: Periodic on-screen reminders of your current session duration and net wagering activity.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: A cooling-off period of between 24 hours and six months during which you cannot access your account or place wagers.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: An irrevocable closure of your account, with all associated bonuses forfeited, for Players who wish to permanently cease their use of the platform.

If you activate a self-exclusion period, wowpkr will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from creating a new account during that period. You are required to cooperate with this process and must not attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by creating duplicate accounts or using a third party's credentials.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wowpkr and its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the wowpkr platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from technical failures, connectivity interruptions, or system errors.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or event data caused by third-party data feed errors, provided wowpkr takes reasonable corrective action upon becoming aware of such inaccuracy.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit credit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, content, or promotions published on the platform that has subsequently been amended or removed.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit wowpkr's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

wowpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, wowpkr will provide no less than fourteen (14) days' advance notice to affected Players via email or a prominent platform notification. Continued use of the wowpkr platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where an amendment is required urgently to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, wowpkr may implement the change with immediate effect. In such cases, wowpkr will notify Players as soon as practicable after the amendment takes effect.

wowpkr may suspend or permanently terminate any Player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• wowpkr is required to do so by law, regulation, or direction from a competent authority.
• wowpkr reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity associated with the account.
• The Player's account has been inactive for a period exceeding twenty-four consecutive months.

Upon lawful account termination, any real-money balance remaining in your PKR Wallet (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wowpkr holds its primary international gaming authority licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their formation, validity, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral tribunals of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, Players are required to contact wowpkr's support team to seek an informal resolution. wowpkr will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to resolve all complaints within thirty (30) days of receipt.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally within the thirty-day period, you may refer the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body specified under the terms of wowpkr's gaming licence. Details of the applicable ADR body are available on the About Us page.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, which shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable game or product-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and wowpkr with respect to your use of the platform.
